Food was great. Wait staff awesome.
Located in the center of a wonderful little English village founded in the 1890s, this is a comfortable, unpretentious little cafe with both American and English offerings and homemade soups and desserts. The Coronation Chicken Salad (same as was served at Queen Victoria's coronation) with a hint of curry was excellent, as was the sausage and white bean soup. Meats are purchased locally. Friendly staff, very clean and locals eat there . Bar is old general store counter, happy hour ("Rugby Relief") Fridays at 5 pm. Highly recommend.
A good place to eat some dishes with British origin, which is the roots of Rugby. And, it's a good thing the food is acceptable...it's the only restaurant in town.
Terrible place to eat. Extremely bad food and long wait times. Very rude staff and very high prices. Limited menu and the place smells of mold. Food is not prepared properly and individual orders are brought out at different times. Place was reported for food poisoning . Health department should close the place down. Not family friendly.
